Each was coordinated closely with architects, contractors and clients to ensure a safe, buildable and compliant outcome, demonstrating the breadth of our experience across new builds and residential developments.
Three-Bedroom Detached New Build
LENIO Group delivered the structural design for a three-bedroom detached house at Quarry Way, Southwater, West Sussex. The development includes a single garage and additional off-road parking, with a structural design developed to be safe, efficient and fully buildable.
Nine-Unit Residential Scheme
LENIO Group supported a residential development at Dereham Road, Norwich. The client had acquired the site with full planning permission already in place for the construction of nine residential units, forming a well-planned housing scheme, and we provided the structural engineering support required to take it forward.
Residential & Retained Commercial Space
LENIO Group delivered structural engineering support for a significant redevelopment at Streatham High Road. The project involved a major redevelopment to the rear of the existing property, creating new residential units, while the front portion of the building, including part of the basement, was retained for continued commercial use.
